Christian Kettlitz - Chief Executive Officer
Christian Kettlitz, who is German, has been active in hospitality for nearly 30 years and worked for both medium sized privately owned businesses and some of the major global chains. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Mamaison Hotels & Residences since January 2011. Prior to this position, he gathered many years of experience with RAMADA International, as GM and Regional Director of Operations, before joining Marriott as GM in Berlin, Marbella and Paris. Subsequently he worked for Rezidor and as CEO of Azimut. Christian’s experience covers most European regions including Russia and South East Europe, overseeing Businesses from Luxury Hotels and Resorts to Serviced Apartments.
Petr Holzhammer - Controlling & Reporting Director
Petr Holzhammer is a Czech native, specializing in hospitality for 16 years. He gained his operational expertise at the InterContinental hotel Prague, where he worked in several positions. After completing his studies at the University of Economics in Prague, he joined the Vienna International Hotel Group as Income auditor for one of their hotels. He later took over the position of Hotel Financial controller and Group Consultant for all of the Prague Vienna hotels. In 2006, Petr joined Mamaison as Controlling & Reporting Director for all Mamaison properties. His responsibility covers all areas of accounting, reporting and control, as well as the development of all monthly financial statements, manager reports, financial forecasts and budgets. Petr sets up the charts of accounts and oversees the general accounting functions, including AR/AP, FA and Account reconciliation. Additionally, he manages the setup of analytical and controlling tools responsible for IF RS consolidation, with a strong cash management focus, a continuing relationship with banks and technology integration.
Zdeněk Kovařík - Director of Business Development
Zdeněk Kovařík, is a Czech citizen, living in Prague after his experience in Bulgaria and Croatia. He began his career in a London hotel in 1999. Since then he worked as Front Office Manager, Credit Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing and became Director of Business Development for the Mamaison Hotels & Residences in February, 2011. He gained his experience with Cortinthia Hotels Int. in Prague, the Crowne Plaza Prague, Kempinski Hoteliers and The Rezidor Hotel Group. At Mamaison, he leads the team of professionals from sales, marketing and e-commerce. His team supports each Mamaison property with sales and marketing activities, delivering sales leads and business opportunities. Zdeněk holds a bachelor’s degree from the Hospitality Institute in Prague and is an experienced team leader, building sales and marketing strategies that lead the hotels into prosperous market positions.
Ildiko Boldišová - Director of Revenue and Distribution
Ildiko Boldišová graduated from the Economic University in Bratislava and began her career with the Rezidor group, being actively responsible for both hotels in Bratislava. After appointment to positions of Reservation Manager, Revenue Manager and City Revenue Manager at Rezidor, she joined the Starwood group in 2010 as Revenue Manager and participated in the pre-opening of the Sheraton Bratislava hotel 5*. Ildiko has excellent knowledge of the Fidelio and Opera PMS systems and Synxis, CHW and Trust reservation systems. She is also experienced with the IDeAS Revenue Optimization System. Ildiko completed a number of certified Hospitality Revenue, Reservations & Front Office training programs provided by Rezidor, Starwood and IFH . Ildiko joined Mamaison in 2011 and, as Corporate Director of Revenue and Distribution, is responsible for implementing the Revenue strategy and promotions at Mamaison properties. She is in charge of leading and training Revenue and Reservations teams.
