Splash Restaurant
A marine type of restaurant for those who love yachting, placed at the waterfront, offering grilled specialities and international cuisine – opening hours: 12.00 - 14.00 hrs., and 19.00 – 22.00 hrs. We warmly recommend white truffle essence shrimp risotto, grilled fresh fish served with roasted fennel and carrot puree or grilled butterflied langostinos with olive oil, garlic, sea salt served with wild rice or a dessert that is impossible to find in any other restaurant in Hvar – apple tart with vanilla ice-cream, served with a drop of Calvados.
