How to Become a Member
As a frequent guest of Mamaison All-Suites Spa Hotel Pokrovka, you are likely to be eligible for a loyalty programme card.
Register your interest in the programme at Reception. You will be required to fill in a form and provide a photograph of yourself for the card.
Once you have accumulated the number of nights required, you will receive a VIP Membership Card.
How to use it
Your VIP Membership Card may be used during your stay at visits to Numbers Restaurant or SPA by Algotherm.
To receive your discount, be sure to give your card to a member of staff before requesting your final bill. As our system is fully computerised, cards must be present in order for you to receive your discount.
Terms & Conditions
- If you have lost your card, kindly report it immediately on +7 495 229 57 57 so that we may send you a replacement.
- Please note that any nights purchased as part of special promotional campaigns will not be included in the total number of nights required for VIP eligibility or to take you to the next membership level.
- The period of validity and the terms of use of the cards are determined by the hotel administration.
- Issuance of a card to any specific person shall be at the discretion of the hotel administration.
- Room upgrade shall not apply to Chairman Suite and Presidential Suite.
- Your discount card may not be transferred to another person.
