At Mamaison Hotels & Residences, we see our ongoing expansion as an integral part of our development. We are a non-standardised brand, with diverse properties that unite individual hotels under one umbrella. We are constantly on the lookout for new, individualistic properties to add to our collection.

We are keen to target Business & Conference Hotels, Boutique Hotels and Extended Stay Residences, each with a capacity of 50 rooms or more and which fit in with our midscale to upscale deluxe concept. The owner would need to enter into a management contract. As we are experienced in Central and Eastern Europe, each hotel should be ideally located in a country or regional capital of Central or Eastern Europe.

Mamaison intends to triple the number of Mamaison hotels within three years and is currently in negotiations with hotels in Katowice, Krakow and Gdanks in Poland, Prague, Karlovy Vary and Brno in the Czech Republic, Riga and Vilnius in the Baltic States, St Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar, and Sochi in Russia, Kiev in Ukraine, Bucharest in Romania, Sofia and Plovdiv in Bulgaria and Belgrade in Serbia.

Mamaison Hotel & Residences have a very strong Sales & Marketing Department within their Prague Headquarters, including international hospitality experts in corporate sales, revenue management, pricing and distribution, e-commerce and MICE, as well as experts supporting each hotel with branding, something the average private hotel owner can often not afford. Furthermore, Mamaison places utmost importance on cost control, which is why all Mamaison hotels perform very well in the GOP.
