VISA support for Russia
All non-Russian nationalities are required to have an entry visa to travel to the Russian Federation. We would like to assist you in obtaining the visa.
Here how it works:
1. Please make a reservation at our hotel (click here)
2. Fill out the visa support letter (download here) and send it back to the hotel with a photo copy of both sides of your credit card. You can do so by fax or email (reservations.pokrovka@mamaison.com)
3. We will send you a tourist voucher and an invitation letter
4. Take your hotel reservation confirmation, your tourist voucher and invitation letter to the Russian embassy in your country to apply for the visa.
